My partner wants to have a baby i have herpes she does not what are the chances to pass it to her by doing it just once with out condon.
I recently found out I have Herpes 2 virus. I know that it is not the worst thing in the world to have, but it is certainly among one of the most embaressing. I am young and still living my life. How do i go about telling those that i’m interested in about the virus? I’m advised to continue living my life how i would normally,and to even involve myself in monogamous sexual relationships, but how when getting close to a partner, should you tell them? Of course i know to not have intercourse when the outbreaks occur and that i should always use protection. But how do you go on telling someone?
A patient has herpes on her back and it only is on her back. It is contracted through someone who has herpes and touched her.
I am curious, what strain hurts more. Or are they the same type pain. I had herpes sypmtoms about a year and five months ago and my blood test came back negative. I am thinking maybe I got hsv 1 and they did not dectect it. Any input.
My current college roomate has genital herpes, and is taking 500mg of Valtrex daily. Is it possible for me to catch genital herpes from her without sexual contact?
i thought i had hsv2 my results came back positive for hsv1 tho negatve for hsv2 tho. so what should i do from now?
Okay I hear that it can only be spread by direct contact from person to person. BUT are you able to get it just like if the person with the herpes touches something and then you touch it? One of my family members was recently diagnosed and was told they could have picked it up from the gym or grocery store…how is that possible, because those two places there are barely any person to person contact!
I don’t have it and I just want to know the chances of me getting it if they live in the same household even if I don’t make contact or drink from the same cup as this person.
hey i recently got my result for hsv1 and 2 and it came back pos for hsv1. Now i am worried abt touching my mouth/coming in contact with my saliva and touching/scratching my eyes. How can i prevent this?
if someone has a cold sore on their mouth due to herpes what are some ways that the person can spread it? for example if someone has herpes on their mouth and they are playing with it and then they shake your hand can you get herpes on your hand?
