Okay, I’m not quite sure if I have herpes or not, I’ve never done anything sexual, I’ve kissed one girl on the lips once. Never done anything else. And I recently started to shave my pubic hairs and after I started getting these red bumps were the hair grows. Please help, I’m so stressed out about this. I’m only fourteen and haven’t done anything, could these just be ingrown hairs? And if it helps, I only have a few bumps.

It’s definitely ingrown hairs. I promise you. I get those all the time. Next time, don’t shave. Use a beard trimmer to trim the hair instead.

very well could be hairs. If it is herpes, the lesions will burst and get VERY sore. IF it is hair, you should be able to scratch the top off and the hair will pop out!

It is probably an ingrown hair. Relax. Herpes would be painful and it would not look like red bumps rather like an open sore over time. Try apply rubbing alcohol or washing your area after you shave. From now on try using clippers instead of a razor to shave.

Okay when you shave use shaving cream and warm water. Also use a razor like a gillete. when shaving upwards be extra care full not to cut yourself. after you shower put on some razor bump treatment and that is going to help a lot. Also an ingrown has to be pulled out with tweezers a very small amount of puss might come out. An old razor also cause red bumps

Ok, genital herpes is usually passed on when you have sex with some one that has oral or genital herpes. If you have not done oral or regular sex before then I doubt that this is genital herpes.
Herpes usually comes with some painful itching, burning, tingling sensations and they would be happening around where the red bumps are.
It could be in grown hairs, infected follicles, moles, boils, or ordinary pimples. If your worried and if it doesn’t go away then have a doctor check it out and run some tests on it.
