Herpes and tongue ulcers?

Anyway, as far as I know I have not gotten another herpes breakout since my first one… however, I do get BV (Bacterial Vaginosis) from time to time… I try to do everything I can, but from what my doctor tells me, some women are just prone to it more than others, not sure why?, and in fact it is even more common than the yeast infection! … ahhh!!!…. anyhow, I went to the doctor almost 2 months ago and it was BV, so I got medicine, however “it” started to feel weird down there again, so I called in a refill for the BV medicine, but it feels like it’s inflamed inside and hurts, not painful hurts, but very uncomfortable type thing, just day to day the past few days… and seems to have gotten worse feeling since using the BV medicine (I use the gel insertion, not the pill), could it be herpes related, something like this? Or is this type of feeling a normal thing for BV sufferers? I know I should / need to go to the Dr. to know for sure, but I just can’t afford it right now, not unless it got to the point of course I had to, then I would, but any ideas? Or thoughts about this? …
Yes, I have had a full check up regarding all of the main std’s that they test during your pap smear and also blood testing, and I have been with the same person for 10 months now and I got tested 2 about 2 months ago…
Comments on test say that A single positive result only indicates previous immunologic exposure. The level of antibody response may not be used to determine active infection or a disease stage. It was performed using Herpeselect 1 and herpselect 2 ELISA IgG test kit.
There is not ratio, don’t see 0.9, 1.1, etc. Doctor said there is nothing to worry about as herpes don’t hurt and there is no outbreak and only worry about it if i have an outbreak. I never experienced big pain except miscomfort, when i ejaculated, a few times it did feel weird walking around the street but not severe pain. I am very concerned, please help if you understand about it. Low and High box is blank? Do I have it you think? Can I pass it on? How can I pass it on? Whats the best thing I should do right now? I try to eat healthy now, is there a vaccine out there for it? Thank you. Merry Christmas.
Also, any vitamins, creams, anything you have used that has helped. I bought some lysine recently and am taking 2 pills a day. Here is a list of vitamins I always took before I began experiencing symptoms: woman’s multi-vitamin, flaxseed oil, zinc, cranberry, a probiotic formula, garlic, b6, b12
I also want to say that I am not promiscuous and I have ALWAYS preached about safe sex. I have never been the type of person to sleep with someone I don’t know well, and I don’t sleep with multiple people. I am a relationship person and I am faithful. I <<<More>>>
I have HPV and HSV2 so I will add a few facts to start:
-Approximately 22% of the population have Herpes Simplex Type 2 (genital Herpes)
-Approximately 50% of the population have HPV (80% of women by the age of 50)
-HSV and HPV are transmitted through skin-to-skin contact, not through bodily fluids
-Condoms do not fully protect you against getting HSV or HPV
-Someone who gets HSV Type 1 (cold sores) can give their partner genital Herpes through oral sex even without symptoms
-HSV and HPV are incurable
-There is no FDA approved HPV test for men unless they have visible symptoms (warts)
-Full STD screenings usually only test for chlamydia gonorrhea, syphilis, and HIV – not HSV or HPV
-You don’t have to be promiscuous to get an STD
Better to try to do something than nothing at all.
Anyway, we are both on daily Valtrex as well. She recently gave me oral sex (no condom) and it freaked me out.
Considering, I wouldn’t even do that to her even knowing she was on valtrex. She’s had if or like 4 years and me 4 months. As long as we are both outbreak free, and are on valtrex…my understanding is we are relativly safe from passing it on to our mouths this way. I mean, I’m worried about her and me as well. I would like to return the favor to her, but I’m really scared. Should I or we be worried?
Or is it just a question of we both have to know when an outbreak, if any, will be coming and use caution? What is your experience in this?
Thanks,
Josh
please note…we are both on Valtrex (once daily)
